The Law of Crafts, the Statute of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Statute of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Zadar County and Statute of the Association of Trades and Crafts Zadar represent the legal foundations of the Association's activities. These regulations define the business and the tasks of the Croatian Chamber of Trade, Zadar County Chamber of Trades and Crafts and Association of Trades and Craft Zadar by which the functioning of the chamber system is regulated.
In such manner are regulated: the rights, obligations and responsibility of the members, management, form of organization and work, cooperation with the bodies of local self management, cooperation with other organizations in the country and abroad, public works and information, the organization of the Administration Office Department of Association and the ways of financing the Chamber.
The Annual Work Programme of the Association of Trades and Crafts for 2010 has been established in accordance with the fore-mentioned acts, and also in accordance with the needs for the development of trade and entrepreneurship in the field of activity of the Association and with the needs of its members.
